>start riding loop>arms begin to hurt>figure I can push through it>pain is increasing>it becomes borderline unbearable>about half way through loop>faster to just finish>no matter what position I try can't get relief for pain>every bump sends pain waves through my arms>considering calling someone>nobody lives close enough and by the time they got there I could have just pushed home>try to do some sprints to take my mind off it>guess I fucked my knees today too>muscles around knees feel like they're going to lock so I have get out of the sprint>have to plod along with arms screaming in pain>finally made it home>could barely stand>couldn't move my arms more than a few degreesI've been riding since 2016, on all sorts of fucked fits and bad saddles and NEVER had I had such intense pain. My arms still fucking hurt. Luckily I'm training to be one of the command's fitness leaders and I'm getting rid of that TRX shit since EVERY SINGLE PERSON complains about it and says it destroys their joints. I have no other cycling buddies to tell this shit too so thanks for reading my blog.
