>>1427327>>1427332AKSHUALLY if you take a standard lane width of 12 ft and eyeball things a little there are at least 60 ft, if not 70 ft between the inner lanes in OP's pic, which is sufficient space for a foundation of a 300 ft tall, if not 400 ft tall wind turbine. You'd only have to tear up the inner shoulder during the construction, but rebuilding it wouldn't be an issue because most of a wind turbine foundation is underground anyway. The actual tower poking through the ground is only about one and a half lanes in diameter.
