Well anyway anons, the high limit screw had too much adjustment as well as the derailleur not being parallel
The chain rubs very slightly in when in the smallest gear in the back + biggest in the front, i have tried to adjust it out but it seems the crank has a small amount of play and rubs at a certain point every rotation
