Take mixed-use zoning, for instance, you could argue "well, it doesn't have enough parking and accessibility for a typical commercial business, and residents have to deal with the same accessibility problems as well as problems related to delivery, etc....blah, blah, blah, mixed-use zoning is BAD and we shouldn't have it" but mixed-use zoning is worshipped and accepted as the "default" in these circles, despite its hybridized approach with disadvantages in both.
