Ugly proportions (stubby front end, awkward and narrow front door), framed windows, burger spec bumpers, etc. It's like they've been polishing the same turd for 30 years. To be fair, it's not impossible for them to look passable with the right specs and a good livery. The Züm Xcelsiors are a good example.
The D60LFR artics here in Ottawa, on the other hand, are so ugly I'm embarrassed to even be seen on one.
