This line was done the old fashioned way with Ohio Brass hangers/frogs/etc and looks the same as an old trolley line, with span wires going across the road and little mushroom cap shaped things to hang the wires. I believe the newer system is also higher tension, whereas these wires sag a bit between hangers. Here's a pic I took of the new-old hardware.
