Sizing isn't super consistent, but that might depend on the brand: I have a large from Kemaloce that's a good fit, two that are just a bit more snug, and one that I probably just need to give away because even my cyclist stick biceps can barely fit through. I normally wear a US medium. I've heard Spexcel and Rion are good, but I don't personally have any experience with those brands.
