If you want to live in pod, at least consider third world shithole pod with like 50 sqm, but detached. Or if you dont like word "third world shithole", i will sell them to you as japanese suburb house, because they are essentially the same thing, the only difference being is the quality of stucco/drywall/plaster etc.
