Took the sleeper from Zurich to Prague two weeks ago. Had a private compartment with the wife. 10/10 very comfy would travel again. It was also not very expensive, like just under 150 eurobux per person per trip (550 altogether), which is not much more than airfare, and I had the whole day we arrived and the day we left. I would definitely rather travel by night train than by plane, it's much less stressful and more practical. If you fly, you either have to get up really early and arrive at midday, or if you leave around midday you arrive late. So either way it's a lot of wasted time. There was also no restriction on luggage.
It was a relatively modern czech sleeper coach. Some compartments have private showers, mine didn't. But there was a shower at the end of the coach which I used when I arrived.
It was an interesting train composition in Zurich, as it combined a section to Prague, a section to Vienna and a section to Budapest.
