>>1457650>You have stated a single factual thing. Don't lecture anyone else about arguments, nigger.now youre just trolling or you really are so fucking retarded you only believe something if some "expert" on CNN is telling it you to believe it
Well, anon.. i know people that own businesses that have to do with delivery and pickup and i can assure you that they would never trust batteries and they would never want to be constrained by time it takes to charge a batter, even a correctly functioning battery which many of them are not.
Arguments are not always composed of statistics or meme buzzword numbers. Sometimes they are composed of logic. And it's logical to hypothesize that business owners would not want to give up the PROVEN *flexibility* and *dependability* that gas powered vehicles afford them.
However, it is NOT RATIONAL to believe that business owners would be willing to bend over backwards to accommodate a 2-6 hour charging time for each one of their vehicles.
And it's also not rational to assume that just because some company does something for publicity (like UPS) that it's applicable to the majority of operators that make up the market and who don't have luxury of letting their vehicles sit around waiting to get charged up. Most delivery operators have very few vehicles and are just trying to maintain profitability. The extra burden of charge times and the question of reliability would most certainly not be worth it.
How many people do you know that operate a delivery and pickup style business?
