I wouldn't chuck the 6400 groupset, I'd put it on a frame that can take friction shifters because the ST-6400s are probably close to dying if they haven't already. If I were a true monster I'd pair it with Superbe Pro shifters.

At the very least, the bars, stem, saddle, and seatpost have to go, and black rims will look better than silver. And of course the shitty Bontrager tires would be binned for GP4000sii or Vittoria Open Corsas.
