it's a rule that can be broken, but it's still a rule.
I'm not saying your bike should have a chrome fork, just that the black fork clashes with your brown colourscheme. As does all your drivetrain and your wheels. Your stem and post and headset and frame but not fork redeem it a bit though, make it sort of nearly work.
hell you won't see brown saddle and bartape on really any newer bikes at all because all the parts are black and it doesn't look good. Only classic bikes with almost all silver parts look good with brown. Even black rims basically rules it out imo. pic related is an example that works (not my bike)
And for you, with yellow frame decals, that seems obvious. yellow tape would look great. black saddle. The tanwalls are already a nice enough classic brown nod which does look good. Hell this is all autism and you don't need to waste money on it or anything lol but i think there's some logic to it.
