>>1418042>Zoning also dictates whether or not you can build a store or bed and breakfast in an area.property rights are not rights and instead should be called property treaties or property agreements
this is important to note because in Ancapistan there would still be forms of zoning in that property owners would have to negotiate about things like pollution, height, and population density
The problem now isn't negotiation of treaties but rather the bureaucratic intervention and extortion that defines urbanisation and globalism. IF you want to build a deck or swimming pool in LA you have pay off like 3 different departments so that inspectors can get their beaks wet and justify their existence. The other problem is that "sustainable development," ie agenda twenty-one, seeks to limit property ownership to narrow corridors so that property bubbles stay artificially inflated and poor or middle class people can never buy up farmland without bribery and permits.
Also another problem is construction for construction's sake. In the city where I live two of the most pristine streets got torn up by the city for bullshit projects that have no other purpose but to spend tax payer money and hopefully prop up property value even more downtown when that money could have actually gone to surrounding communities that actually needed it.
