try out some low density foam grips on ur bar ends, they are good at absorbing small vibrations, but are somewhat fragile compaired to other grips
and make sure the seat fits you well as your going to be with it for a long time
seems you have an SR sun tour crank set, I only mention it because sometimes they use odd spindle lengths
