>>1276273Georgina Terry made a lot of 700c & 24" bikes back in the day. If you're in the US you can probably get one off craigslist for pretty cheap if you keep an eye out. They were well made bikes. Proportionally it supposedly makes sense for several reasons below 50cm sizes.
Terry still makes 650c bikes (both wheels) and recommends them to riders between the 24"/700c small end and the 700c sizes
Most 650c bikes though are just tri bikes, in larger sizes, with the smaller wheels being used simply for acceleration and the memes of the day.
