Back about a month later, with a bit of an update (And a bump). To give a bit more context on the layout and how it operates I'm providing pic related with colors
>Red is the outer loop. Stays solely on the ground level>Blue and Purple make up a pair of reversing loops in a folded dogbone, with blue being ground level and purple being upper.>Purple has a passing siding for passenger trains, as the lower left corner would have a small town with a station there. >Green's the main industrial hub along with the a coal mine >I managed to squeeze a 3rd track into the yard and condense the yard shape enough to fit another industry in. I might change this up a bit more and go for more of a U shape instead of a L shape, but this is the general gist of the layout right now.
>>1551782The reason for having the double crossover there is to allow me to switch trains from the outer loop into the inner loop and vice-versa. I know it doesn't make much sense to have one there prototypically, but it's there moreso to make operating a bit easier.
