Popular routes (CBD, schools and colleges as well as place of interests) may have one bus service every 15 minutes, but some of the equally essential, but less serviced routes (such as townships or industrial parks) have shit bus frequency.
At least the government did alleviates part of the problems by introducing free bus services in loss-making routes
