Look at the pic of my Brompton and how much I carried with it. With your crappy electric scooters you cannot haul shit, you have to use a bookbag of limited capacity and sweat in the heat. I even have stuffed my mini 10 pound dog in a Brompton bag and occasionally ride him around to a local park and walk there among the trees instead of walking him in the same suburban sidewalks and streets. I will try to find a pic of that.
