There's also duplexes usually buried in the suburb as well. You'll be hard-pressed to find a suburb in America that has exclusively single family houses in a 1x1 mile square outside of extremely affluent areas.
The "urban" circles often will take big zoomed-out views and try to paint them as something they're not. This area is all single-family homes outside of the occasional church and school...or is it?
