actually it serves as a warning not to overtighten 26.4 cinelli meme stems by installing a standard 26 bar. You shoulda used a shim.

On the other hand, lots of stems and bars are sort of between 25.4 and 26 and there is a bit of compatibility between the two and bending stems isn't that insane you do bend the clamp open to install bars. But still, cinelli stuff is pretty light. I really don't like to see it.
