in my area you can rent a plane at $120/hr wet. you can rent a glider for $50/hr
Plan:
Attend Ground School for 12 weeks: $500
Begin flying for real around the 8th week
Fly every Wednesday for 22 weeks: $2640
Glide every Saturday for 22 weeks: $1100
Instructor time: $500
Achieve: Private Pilot License + Glider Certificaton
Total Cost: $4740
Total Time: 30 weeks
