You don't know what happens when you die. You take comfort in your belief that death is just nothingness but really it could be anything and you might be tortured for eternity by aliens as a brain inside a test tube! To believe that after you die it's going to be peaceful nothingness is JUST as dogmatic as believing in heaven!
And people who take LSD might really be talking to ayys or demons. You cant disprove this and it's irrational to completely disregard their experiences. Accepting probabilities and ambiguity in your conclusions IS rational. I'm not say these things are true but I am saying they might be true.
