>>1906764Assuming it really is the bb (people always think random noises are the bb) the fundamental problem is the frame isn't in spec (many such cases). They might be able to fix it by putting in a new one with retaining compound or if you bitch at the frame manufacturer they might send you a new frame or a special bottom bracket to fix it. Last resort you buy the special bottom bracket yourself for about $200.
