If i follow this Z2 training, i know i will loose leg power (to be gained later).
But if for instance,besides training i have to make short bike trips (for normal life), lets say some random 20min rides,
3- is it ok to do them at full effort? or will that fuck up training and i should do em more relaxed?.
And i also do some street bmx and like to go pull ups and similar stuff..
4- should these things be avoided or are they ok? its mainly anaerobic stuff for short periods of time.. bmx is like going around jumping, puts some weird stress to the legs but way more in the arms.. but pulse tends to go high for short whiles, same as pull ups.
