- that bag tag is probably folded over. Take some fishing line and run it inside the tag then tie the fishing line up and around the head tube then secure with a steady knot. The bag should now be useable with minimal slap.
Part of having a MTB or beater is jerry rigging shit and rigging it so it doesn't brush or slap or pester you while you ride.
