Personally I'd get one with a top draw bar so I could use it as a hand pulled wagon if needed. Don't have a luggage rack that it would block anyway. Very heavily loaded trailer would influence the center of weight of the bike a little because it attaches to the seat tube but it's really not bad. Also those rails outside of the wheels in your example only seem to add unnecessary width for holding the individual (?) axles. Why not just put a continuous axle for both wheels?
