HI ANON
on my mtb which tyres has tubes, not tubeless, is very comfortable to go at lower presures when the terrain is getting complex, not only in descents, but in ascents too.
when i go below 20 psi (15 psi i.e.) the feel is good against the terrain and the
maneuverability is pretty good. but after a couple of km (about 50 or 60) the front tube got cut its valve (not cut at all, just a mark on the surface of the rubber section of the valve). i know that could be bad, because it can leak air through there.
my rim hole for valve is smooth without any edge at all, but this still happens. i know it's because the low presure is not enough to keep the bead adhered to the rim flange/side/whatever you call that zone in english.
i know a way to stay at lower presures is going tubeless with seal liquid but not enough money to that and not enough time to get the shit propperly maintained.
the other way, cheaper, is gather tubes with valve type "schrader TR4A" which is full metal. but at this moment all shit is closed due corona.
so, my question: is there another way to avoid this problem? without going 30 psi again of course xd.
i have tryied clean the bead and the rim to keep dust out and improve the touch between them, but is not enough.
