The charging inlet is hidden behind the registration plate. That filler cap you see towards the rear? That's for the optional extra diesel heater if you needed it, and a heat pump wasn't enough for your climate.
Only 492 were built of which about 60 were sold - the rest were part of a lease program which resulted in most of these trucks being scrapped and destroyed. Very few of these things remain, but it at least has more surviving examples than the GM EV1, most of which were crushed immediately after manufacturing, and GM forcibly repossessed EV1s from paying customers who were leasing them (even though customers were keeping up on payments).
