I dusted off my old road bike during quarantine. I'm usually active in my gym, but still scrawny. Afraid of getting fat I started riding when the gyms closed. I'm not eating shitty, but still gaining a couple lbs when riding is my only exercise. Even at 3-6 times a week 15 miles doesn't do much.
I guess I'm just asking is a 4:20 average mile time too slow to get benefit from?
