But yeah we used to hang out in the woods behind the school near the tracks. There were some dirt bike jumps and stuff. So we would be back there and these trains would just fly by, you couldn't help but just sit and stare at the raw power of a fly-by speeding at 70mph. Its something that sticks with you, especially at night. I couldn't help but think about how I could just step on those tracks when one of those is coming and just be.. gone. It kind of made me think about the fragility of life and shit, ya know? Its my most nostalgic and vivid train related memory lol. Thinking about that kid who got hit in the middle of the night and nobody knows why, wondering just wtf actually happened. Its all a little sketchy. But those experiences are what sparked my interest in this hobby.
