They all work just by counting magnet sensor readings and doing some rudimentary math, so the cheap ones and the expensive ones are functionally equivalent. The only questions are whether you want wired or wireless (recommended) and whether it will last more than a week before breaking. Either
A) Buy the cheapo Bell one at walmart for <$10 and save the receipt so you can replace it when it breaks. Used to use these, have had them last anywhere between 2 days and 3 years. If you're inclined to cheap out, just do this because returning shit to walmart is easier and faster than returning shit to amazon.
B) Buy an actual good one for ~$40 that will last forever. Around here you can get a bontrager gotime in pretty much every sporting goods or bike store which has been bulletproof for me. Otherwise maybe this
