Anything with a non-extruded-tube fuselage to way too hard to adapt to different customer's needs. Instead of a fuselage stretch, you'd end up designing a completely new airplane.
Something like Aurora's D8 may become the norm mid-century. Not the next generation of aircraft (those will 787-like), but the generation after that.
