>>1589082In the North Bay, SMART actually bought out NWP, Co, the small freight service still running trains up to Windsor on the old NWP ROW which is intact through Ukiah. The track all the way up to Eureka got washed out somewhere along the way as you mentioned, and sadly will never be rehabilitated. So now the rail authority owns all the track in both Marin and Sonoma, and operates a few nightly freight trains a week.
