In some places they can come in anytime they want with NO notice and you can't stop them. They can come in when they know you're not home and poke around in all your belongings, do whatever the fuck they want, and you can do nothing to stop it. Complain to someone? You get told to leave. There are horror stories all over the internet about terrible landlords who treat their tennants like prisoners, like they have no basic human rights even.WTF?
My landlord is only allowed to enter my appartment if there's an eminent danger (like I'm on holiday and a pipe burst or shit like this). If they'd just come in like so, that'd go to the court as breaking and entering.
