To Delete: kickstand, chainguard, third bottle cage (be real you ain't taking that thing far enough to need 3 bottles), and fenders and racks if you don't need them.
Brown frame+tape+hoods is just too much fucking brown, replace...something.
Optionally also remove dork disk, replace crankset and pedals with ones that are less scuffed up, and get a wireless speedometer.
Oh, and flip the front wheel around so the decals face the same way as the back one.
