Seat tube after ~12 hours. Was filled right up to the bottom of the seatpost slit. Hardly leaked at all. Very surreal though, to pour a bunch of liquid down the seat tube, listening to it gurgle, and making that increasing pitch 'filling noise'.
Should have taken before pictures, but you can tell looking at the bb threads that it's quite clean. Hard to take pics inside the tubes when it's dark out.
Still have to wash the outside, maybe wax it. This paint can be beautiful, 'charcoal blue' with little sparkly specks.
