It looks like it has Shimano Ultegra di2 6870 parts on it (besides the crank). You described the wiring setup pretty much spot on, but here's a diagram as well. You'll need SM-BCR2 (which will connect to junction A) to charge the system as well as connect it to your computer to update firmware and stuff.
