>>1323523Bianchi is my personal favorite. Their l'Eroica complete is just fucking gorgeous and may be my annual n+1 because I'd like a classic-looking steel racer that can take 35c tires. A modern grabble bike would be slightly more capable but I can't find one whose design doesn't leave me cold, mostly due to the oversize straight fork required for dick breks. Bianchi's carbon stuff is great, too. The CV stuff in their weave is really nice.
Also: Battaglin, Sarto, Pegoretti (hopefully Dario's successors will be able to keep things going), DeAnima, Cicli Barco, Scapin, and a bunch of others do great work.
