Just look for towns to stop at like you normally would for a long weekend ride. If youre going something like colorado trail then grab a backpacking stove and some just add water meals as well as one of those water filtration things that all the hikers get too.
Gravel doesnt really feel that different other than a little more friction/less rolling that road biking, unless again you're on something like the colorado trail then thats more mountain biking.
