This zenith 701 is going for $35000 AUD,

they don't go fast (Vne 110kn) but I'll be damned if you couldn't land it it a mates backyard, they take off in less than 50m at sea level with no wind, but I'll probably take this figure down even more when the rotax 912 is overhauled, I'll replace it with a turbo 915is

Anyone have any STOL advice or general advice about 701/first time plane ownership?
