So, it is possible to replace the batteries if needed, but you have to order one, or DIY it.
Trust me, scooters with good long lasting batteries are rare, most manufacturers ditch any sort of balancer to save cost, which makes battery last 1 year at best.
If you can't into simple electronics, I can't recommend getting anything electric.
