Your brake position is too narrow, there's poor control of your bike like that. It's dangerous man. It must be sketchy as fuck down steep hills. I think you should go to an albatross bar or something swept back, cos you obviously don't want drops, you could keep your levers and bar end shifter. the 1x is cool for a casual bike. It's a bit in ghost bike territory with no colour on it

that looks awesome, it's a shame you hate it. I agree with the other guy about changing your bars and thinking about your fit. but there is nothing wrong with wanting bars at saddle height, and bikes like that do exist, so maybe you should sell it and get something less racey. Fit is after all more important than specs.
