>>1923507>>1923508At the end of last month a forklift drove around a blind corner right as I was going past (zero time to react or brake). Front wheel folded over the forks as they stuck out in front of me and I got launched off the bike. Landed all of my weight onto my right shoulder which ripped the two outer ligament off of my collarbone. Could have been way worse than it ended up being.
And yeah, solid tires are a lousy compromise. Would not recommend.
