TL;DR: looking for US companies that sell steel touring frames.
I'm considering buying a new frame, because it's now dawning on me that my current frame doesn't fit me well--it's too big to begin with, and having replaced the flat handlebars with drop bars only worsens the matter.

The caveat is that I'd have to communicate with Chinese dudes and deal with shipping. If anyone knows companies in the US that build and/or sell similar frames, that'd just be the bees' knees.
