>>1521275It's the Story of Forest Rail, the standard scenarios for the route are relatively more creative than the usual scenarios you get for this game. They tell a story about an old Japanese railway, hence the name of the route itself.
There are limitations to what they could do with the scenarios given what they have to work with but I'd say it's an admirable attempt at something different.
