Had it on a 1x , campy sr rd with campy hubs. IRD defiant ss crank with campy nr 42t ring. Then the read hub flange cracked. Now it's back to being a ss (42/16 or 18). I'm running 33mm tires but they rub the chain stays under hard flex, might try to convince someone with the right skills to pinch the stays to fit big tires. It started out as a gross fixie but the older I get the more I want something that can spin but still climbs and accelerates well. Plan is to build up some wheels and run it as a 3x7 (I have a campy nr triple waiting for it), simworks mowmow and some Paul canti levers.
Sometime I ride light singletrack with it if I'm feeling frisky.
