>>966355Not that I know of. Get a rigid 90's MTB and put 1.5 city tires on it. Link to your local craigslist, give your height, inseam and budget. Expect to spend maybe 100 for the bike, and another 100 cleaning it up and getting it road ready. A decent brand new hybrid will run you 400-500 minimum, and probably won't run as well as a 90's mtb because most companies put obama-tier suspension forks on their hybrids.
