>>1579841>I'm starting to miss n-Wagen, though. Is there a Museumsbahn running those? If we're looking at heritage clubs only, then hardly. Few found their way into private hands. It becomes harder if we're strictly looking at unmodernized n-Wagen, the original Silberlinge with stainless steel skin, pearlage and the characteristic interior with golden baggage racks and red pleather benches. Due to various problems and hindrances, only about 20 +/- cars with original design were preserved, and less than half are still active (out of a total delivery of more than 4000).
Occasionally you will also see dark green n-Wagen. They're either modernized ones (usually type OFV or Hannover) or similar looking Wegmann cars that were formerly in service for Luxembourgian CFL and aren't "real" n-Wagen. Pic related.
