Climb, HR3/4 most of rideI've only started riding again about a month ago, before that I rode maybe 4 months, took around 6 months off.
I've done much longer rides but never had a computer to target my cadence which is a weak point of mine.
This has got to be the hardest ride I've ever done, had I waited until later in the evening it may have been better but I guess I am satisfied with the results but I really need to work on keeping 80+ on the climbs.
