>>1151830>>1151926>>1151928Yep definitely polished alu - learn your welds ! you can see the tig welds a mile away. Alu has a bright colour and just sucks up its surroundings like a lense, Surprised more people dont do it. Just some chemical stripper goo and steel wool will get you 95% there. Buffing wheel and polish compound to go hyper bling. Tough to keep the finish though as it oxidises. There is a silcon-ceramic sealant but is expensive and only lasts a year. Clear coast of acrylic are tricky and i have never got it right so i dont try anymore. My $0.02
